Nice to meet you
In attempt to tackle the increasing labor shortage in Germany, the idea developed to place qualified candidates from the Philippines in Germany. Whilst initially this was only a rough idea, it rapidly evolved over the past two years as close companies were suffering from the labor market.
Through existing contacts in the Philippines, the first steps were made. After visiting Manila and meeting candidates, contracts were signed, and the whole tedious documentary process was initiated. Eventually we successfully placed two trainees and one qualified employee in Hamburg.
This success resulted in the establishment of GTS. Having already tested the process, increased our network in Germany and the Philippines, and established good relationships with authorities, embassies, and partners, we are ready to roll out the full service to the German market.
Our Team
Founder
Located in the Philippines, Philipp knows all the candidates personally. He organizes the complete process at the source. Visiting universities, meeting new candidates, representing our clients, and monitoring the German Language training is only part of his job.
With an academic background in the maritime and legal industry, he has had close contact with the Philippines from the beginning. Working in the maritime sector, with most of the seafarers coming from the Philippines, this meant over a dozen visits to Manila over the past decade.
Founder
Germany-based, Fabian is the direct contact for all clients. Remaining in close dialog allows direct feedback to the relevant parties and quick reporting where and when required.
Fabian also enjoyed his studies in the maritime sector, which, like Philipp, gave him very early and close access to the Philippine market. Having always worked in the maritime service sector, he is an expert in client satisfaction and knows which attributes are key for this and which reporting standards are required.
HR Manager & Process Administrator
Margie is assisting Fabian in the Hamburg office. Coming from the Philippines and having navigated the migration process herself, she knows exactly what is required by the various authorities. Additionally, she serves as a local point of contact, providing guidance and answering questions about living and working in Germany.
After earning a degree in HRM, she kickstarted her career as a 5-star Guest Service Officer. Driven by a passion for language and cultural exchange, she pursued further studies in Switzerland to a German Language Teacher holding German C1. This career then continued until joining GTS.

The mission is evident. We want to supply our clients with candidates they really require whilst simultaneously offering our candidates a job and opportunity they have been striving for and deserve. Ultimately, this assists our clients in reducing and ideally avoiding difficulties due to the issues in the labor market.
Our vision is to counteract the developments in the labor market by already creating a steady supply of trainees for our clients. Based on our clients' analysis of their future labor demand, we directly source young and motivated candidates from colleges and universities in the Philippines and create a client-dedicated workshop for language and client corporate identity training. Candidates, through these possibilities, receive a clear career perspective and can focus on their studies with the security of being able to support their families in the future.
Our Talents
Our talents need to be distinguished into two different groups: the „trainees“ and the „employees“. As the name states, the first ones are candidates for the regular German vocational training, whilst the second ones are ready to start their job immediately. The application process and requirements are noticeably different, and candidates are sourced for these specific requirements.
It should be mentioned in advance that the workforce from the Philippines is one of the most loyal and hardworking you will have met. There is a strong community and family orientation, which positively affects company integration, teamwork, and consistency. Religion (Christianity) usually plays a vital role in shaping their values and principles. Respect for the elderly, being resourceful, and being industrious are only a few of the other known characteristics.
